What is the minimum stay to reserve an apartment?

The minimum stay is 3 days. For longer stays, we offer special discounts depending on the season.

What time can I check in and check out?

Check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00. Check-out must be done before 11:00. If you need a flexible schedule, we offer a late check-out service (until 14:00) for €25.

What happens if I arrive later than the check-in time?

For arrivals after 8:00 p.m., a surcharge of €25 applies. Please let us know in advance to coordinate your arrival.

What does the apartment equipment include?

All apartments are equipped with a full kitchen, basic appliances, Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and bathroom amenities. In addition, each apartment has a safe.

Is there cleaning during the stay?

For stays of more than 7 days, we change bed linen and towels at no extra cost. We also offer extra cleaning for €40 and changes of sheets or towels for €25.

Are there parking options?

Although we do not have private parking, there are free parking areas in the vicinity of the complex.

Are the apartments accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Some apartments are adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Please indicate this when booking to ensure availability.

Are pets allowed in the apartments?

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets on our premises.

Are there any cancellation policies?

Cancellation policies depend on the booking channel. We recommend that you review the specific conditions when making your reservation or contact us directly.
